Welcome to our Mental Health Awareness Exercises.
For Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 (14-20 May), we have prepared 7 audio exercises designed to encourage, in God’s presence, prayerful awareness of any feelings of unease or distress. These short exercises last no more than 8 minutes and are available on our app, website and for download via Soundcloud. We hope you will find them helpful and we pray for anyone using these session who might be struggling at the moment.
These are part of a wider initiative from Jesuits in Britain and more resources will be available across our online platforms such as Pathways to God and Thinking Faith.
If you are concerned about yourself or somebody else, please seek professional help (see to the right hand side for details >>>).
