Welcome to the Saturday Examen.
Throughout this week I’ve spent time with Jesus and the disciples.

In the stillness I allow the Spirit to bring to mind the week past and the journey I’ve been on both in prayer and in everyday life.

Where have I felt closest to Jesus?

Why was this?

What did I experience?

What has challenged, unsettled or disturbed me?

When did I feel resistant to God?


I tell God about these times.


Where have I sensed the Spirit stirring in me this week?

What growth in faith has this brought?


I give thanks for this.

What action or response to God will I make today?

I ask God for the help and grace I need in order to grow deeper in faith and discipleship.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
