Take time to still your body and mind, inviting God to be present to you and to speak to you during this reflection time…

Invite God’s Spirit to grant you insight as you look back over your week and see how God has been present to you during that time.


As you look back over the week, what strikes you about praying with each day’s Scripture passage? Did any particular thoughts, desires or feelings arise within your prayer?

What stays with you particularly as you reflect on the week? Did anything you prayed with bring up specific feelings, memories, challenges or questions? How did you respond to them?


Has anything made it easier or harder for you to stay close to God in this past week?


Are you aware of particular struggles connected with this week’s prayer? Maybe it’s been difficult to find words to express to God your feelings and desires. Take time to see if you can do so now…
