Welcome to the Saturday Examen.
During this week I’ve explored my relationship with Jesus and the ways in which I am being called to share his love with others.
Which encounter with Jesus this week stands out for me?
Why is this? What did I experience?
Where have I felt uncomfortable or resistant to Jesus this week?
I ponder why this might be.
Where has Jesus surprised me or brought joy this week?
I give thanks for these times.
What is Jesus calling me to do next?
I listen and note down anything that is stirring in me.
As I look towards the coming week, I ask the Holy Spirit to continue to guide me deeper into the truth of Jesus Christ, and open my heart wider to share him with others.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
