Take a moment to still yourself in the presence of God… become aware of God’s loving gaze on you now…

Yesterday, we celebrated the feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and today, the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Spend some time today reflecting on both the heart of Christ and the heart of Mary…  

Where in your life have you encountered the heart of Christ…Where have you experienced Christ’s fierce love for humanity…for you?

Now turning your attention to Mary, the mother of Our Lord. Is there a moment from Mary’s life, or her active presence in the life of Christ, that has spoken to you during your journey of faith? Perhaps at the Annunciation…or words from the Magnificat… or Mary’s presence at the foot of the cross…

Looking ahead in your journey with the God, what would you like to ask for that would help you to model the heart of Christ, or the heart of Mary, in the weeks, months, and years to come?

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
